IT need and requirement. Due to the complexity of each and
every individual business we have to broaden our scope &
skillset to ensure we can support you adequately.
Brisbane IT ensures that all staff are certified to a minimum
standard, that being an A+ Certification in Hardware &
Software, and an MCP certification from Microsoft.
Whilst employed on our helpdesk team the staff are then trained
to obtain their MCDST, CCNA and Microsoft Small Business Specialist
certifications.
We like to encourage all of our staff to diversify their
education and specialise in specifc areas like SQL, Exhchange,
Web technologies, security etc. In this way we have built
a team with a vast knowledgebase and skillset.

This means they are commited to Microsoft solutions, training
& support. This certification means that Brisbane IT has
the backup support from Microsoft to troubleshoot even the most
difficult of problems. It also means we have access to the latest
software before it is released, meaning we can test and implement
solutions in advance to ensure a smooth transition and 'real
world advice' for our customers.

systems. This means you should always be getting legal copies
and legitimate software. Always be sure to ask if the system
you are buying comes with OEM software.

our staff to do. An MCSA qualification means our technicians
